Update on charges at Birmingham
Please note that due to a recent increase in charges to Meet and Greet operators at Birmingham airport Meteor meet and greet is having to implement a change in our booking policy. As of 1st May 2014 the price of a booking at Birmingham Airport will include a 15 minute wait in the drop and go area on collection and on return. Any wait time outside of this is likely to incur an additional charge by the airport and will be passed on to the customer. Where the delay is clearly the responsibility of Meteor Meet and Greet we will continue to pay the full cost of the ticket. As usual Meteor's policy of contacting us 10 mins prior to departure or clearing customs and baggage reclaim on arrival still applies.

Wonderful service when my car broke down! I have always been delighted with your efficient service, but late on Thursday night you deserved 6 stars. Ali, your man on site, who is charming anyway, took control of a potential nightmare for us. As my car was being brought back into the car park it suddenly started to pump out a huge amount of smoke and clearly was going no further. Ali calmly talked us through contacting our breakdown service, arranged for the breakdown truck to have free access to the drop and go car park and sent my wife and I for a coffee. He then phoned us when it was time to get the car on the rescue truck. Clearly this wasn't the end to our holiday that we had hoped for, but Ali made it so easy. Well done!

I am writing to express my thanks for your lovely team at Birmingham airport. I am a regular traveller and I always use your service as I have found them to be friendly and professional team. Your Birmingham team is always there with a smile and a friendly word and I have to say it means a lot especially when your flight has been delayed or when I am arriving at the crack of dawn. Unfortunately I do not have everyone's name as I would like them to be commended, however your team in the mornings (especially Mondays) and Ali in the evenings require a special mention. I am now 28 weeks pregnant and will not be using the airport until after the baby is born, however I could not go without thanking the team, especially as, as I have expanded, they have been ready to help me with my bags, be it that it is out of my car or meeting me at the zebra crossing on my way over to pick up my car! When problems have occurred (for example Crufts) they have been quick to find a solution and get me away from the airport as quickly and stress free as possible. I look forward to using you all again in the future and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your service to any of my friends, family or work colleagues. Thank you
