According to The Highway Code, there are areas where parking is forbidden. Most of us have to read The Highway Code in order to pass our driving tests and then fail to refer to it afterwards. Snow Business

During the month of October I visited the ski shows – one at Olympia in London and one at the NEC in Birmingham. I love the snow because it gives me a chance to practise my extreme winter weather parking.
