February 2010 saw the end of the snow chaos and Meteor exhibiting at The Destinations travel event in Earls Court, London. Wow!  What an extremely polite set of visitors we had on the stand.  Compared to the full-on enthusiasm of the ski show visitors, this was a chilled audience with a laid-back vibe.  Drawn to our vintage 1984 VW Golf GTI displayed on the stand, many people were happy to chat about the ‘good old days’ when Duran Duran were on Top of the Pops. 

At this upmarket event, the travel on offer was exotic and exclusive with some ‘once-in-a-lifetime’ holidays available.  The visitors were committed travellers who wanted to spend serious time experiencing the weird and wonderful across the globe. This also meant they appreciated our meet and greet parking service, because as highly experienced airport users they recognised the value of such a convenient service.
