Meteor meet and greet parking, the UK's favourite airport meet and greet parking operator, is extending their usual deadline for customers who cancel due to delays caused by volcanic ash. Normally no refund is available if customers cancel less than 24 hours before their parking starts but ash victims can cancel at anytime before their parking starts and only incur a £10 administration charge.
Customers who need to cancel their booking should call 01293 590 943.
Cancellations made after the parking has started will not be refunded.
