I wanted to let you know what a great service I had from your team at Sofitel Heathrow this morning. At 7am, when I was due to collect my car, Angela phoned me (or rather my husband who was still in Cape Town, since that was the number we had given her!) to let me know of a problem – he gave her my number and she promptly phoned me. My car had leaked a lot of oil whilst parked, so Angela picked me up, took me to the car and offered me coffee and a warm office in which to wait for the breakdown service. Fortunately the car was rapidly fixed, but I was made more cups of tea whilst waiting and Angela also offered to run me to a car hire office if needed. My thanks to the whole team in the office – just what was needed after a 12 hour flight - great customer service! - B Denning
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Tenerife made even better by the super service give to us (and our car) by meteor meet & greet. my wife and i are both confined to wheelchairs but thanks to the wonderful help given by your staff at Birmingham airport on January 4th and January 18 our disablement was excellently cared for. Excellent - is all I can Say. Due to an accident on the M62 we were a bit behind schedule so it was a relief to know we were going to be met at the terminal. A middle of the night flight on the return - it was much much better than having to wait for a shuttle bus - L Makepeace
