Excellent customer service. The drivers arrived promptly both on departure and arrival back to Gatwick (building works can make where you are meant to go a little unclear). Very professional company - will definitely use again.

I just wanted to let you know how fantastic the staff that I dealt with were. The gentleman who collected our car was smiley and extremely polite ( despite it being 6.30am) and was not at all fazed by the fact I had given the wrong vehicle colour when booking! Similarly on our return on the 1st Sept – the gentleman returning our car was extremely polite and professional as was the one who took our phonecall. The customer service shown by all the staff was exceptional and I would be grateful if you could pass my thanks to them.
