I just wanted to let you know how fantastic the staff that I dealt with were. The gentleman who collected our car was smiley and extremely polite ( despite it being 6.30am) and was not at all fazed by the fact I had given the wrong vehicle colour when booking! Similarly on our return on the 1st Sept – the gentleman returning our car was extremely polite and professional as was the one who took our phonecall. The customer service shown by all the staff was exceptional and I would be grateful if you could pass my thanks to them.

I wanted to formally record my gratitude for an excellent piece of customer service I received at Gatwick on Wednesday night. As a reasonably frequent user of your services I routinely rang to have my car retrieved after a delayed flight from Portugal, only to be told you had no record of me arriving that night. Initial annoyance at your incompetence turned to my embarrassment as I realised I had booked to return on Thursday night (god knows why). From then on though you and your drivers excelled – my car was found and 25 minutes later I was on my way home.

We recently travelled from Gatwick south and used your Meet & Greet services.

I'd like to pass on our compliments as our service was very good.

When we dropped the car off, my wife unfortunately left her coat in the car and your controllers managed to catch the driver and send him back with the car.

On our return, we are pretty sure your driver beat us out of the terminal as we had no luggage and called as soon as we were through passport control. It is quite a walk to the meeting place and with the construction going on meaning that there were delivery trucks parked everywhere, we didn't notice our car for a few minutes.
