I'm not one to usually be impressed by service, but then there is little to be impressed about these days. That's diffierent with Meteor and, particualrly Satish, who always greets you in T5 with a smile and manner which is both friendly and utterly professional. After tiring business trips I'm sure I can be quite grumpy but Satish always makes the effort to raise a smile. Employees like him make or break the reputation of a company. Please look after him!

I'm a regular user of Meteor M&G and it is always excellent. The service this Monday deserves special mention though.

I arrived tight for time in Birmingham to discover that I had forgotten to book. Your guys dealt with it incredibly easily, took my CC details, and had me sorted in 5 minutes. I caught my flight, and the process on return was as smooth as ever. I had the confirmation of correct billing today via email.

Fantastic service, polite and efficient as always, and very much appreciated. Well done.
