I used Meet & Greet on my last holiday and my experience was lovely... We returned on 17th Sep at 02:30 am to find out that our old previa car had a flat battery...

Your driver called us to let us know and to say that he was going to try to jump start it, and told us to stay inside the terminal as it was 2:30 am and it was cold...

The battery issue happened to us before, it doesn't actually goes flat, it is just a bad link on the battery cables, we explained to the driver that he needed to give a "shake" on the cables and it would most likely start working again!! haha.... As we expected it worked!! The driver then called us again to let us know he was on the way!!! Very soon after he arrived at the terminal!!

Your driver was so helpful and friendly!! I forgot to get his name, but if you know who was on the shift that night, please pass the message onto to him!!

We just loved it!!

I just wanted to take the time to drop you a quick email to say thank you for a wonderful service we just had from you.

We travelled to Stanstead on Wednesday and returning Saturday and were thoroughly impressed with your set up. As promised we were met at the airport by one of your representatives who checked our car fully before driving it away and then it was returned to us on Saturday evening with exactly the same level of great service.

I think people are all to quick to criticise but rarely take the time to compliment great service which I think you absolutely provide.

I will definitely use your service again in future and recommend to friends and family
